did you get started in your current line of work? |

my many years in radio and T.V., Bill Gove and Charlie Cullen encouraged
and helped me get started as a speaker. |

marketing, marketing. |

doubt and fear.we conquer failure." Let me ask you.What is the
biggest thing you do to help you conquer doubt and fear? |

My
inner spirit tells me to keep advancing, so I set my objectives, make
decisions and try not to second guess those decisions. To reinforce
my determination and decrease any doubts, my mantra is "So what?"
It works like magic! |

Find
a specific field and become an expert. Exploit your differences. Buy
low and sell high! |

importantly would you rank mental toughness and the ability to communicate
as it relates to your success and why? |

I'm
not sure I am mentally tough! Certainly effective communication is
the # 1 skill of the leader, manager, salesperson, parent, teacher,
preacher, lover or lawyer. And mental toughness allows us to maximize
these skills. |

would not try to manage my own business this time around. I thought
I was a good manager. I am not. |

is the reason most people don't achieve their major goals and dreams? |

They
don't identify their goals and objectives, which means they don't
make detailed plans to attain - a lack of action. |

were your role models/mentors, and what was it that you saw in them? |

Bill
Gove- I always loved his style. He was so giving and encouraging.
Charlie
Cullen- He told me I could do what he did. What a boost!
